Coral’s Security Gateway, does encryption of the data flowing through it. It uses state full packet inspection (or dynamic packet filtering) technology that monitors active connections that act as a firewall with multiple WAN interfaces, can ensure security of your voice and data communication. It can serve as an internal firewall for advanced controls and management. It discards packets that do not relate to a known connection, thus minimizing the possibility of a breach.

Gateway supports Coral SSL certificate, Mac & IP address binding to ensure basic level of security in the user’s network. It can create VPN tunnel between a pair of Coral server security gateways that may deploy dynamic asymmetric key encryption with “random time stamp key exchange and synchronization” using AES 128, 256, MD 5 or ISA KMP based encryption for enhanced security.
