Connecting to a company's PABX via an ISDN primary rate (PRI) port, the Zephyr GSM/CDMA 30 can be thought of as a type of mobile phone that takes multiple SIM cards. Alternatively Zephyr can double up as a GSM/CDMA PBX.

The Least Cost Routing (LCR) Advantage
The Zephyr GSM/CDMA 30+ has an in-built intelligent Least Cost Routing (LCR). The LCR will automatically route outgoing calls into the GSM/CDMA network via installed SIM cards, based on the cost table for each route. The LCR of Zephyr GSM/CDMA 30+ ensures that all calls are always routed in the cheapest possible way. The modularity of the GSM/CDMA gateway enables the user to create a tailor made solution according to the company needs. 

The intelligent LCR of Zephyr lets you program the gateway so that it can select the outgoing mobile line, based, on time of the day, day of the week, weekend special rates or even based on number of calls dialed per SIM. Its flexibility allows you to take full advantage of the special offers made by service providers from time to time.

Scalability
Zephyr GSM/CDMA 30+ gateway provides multiple GSM/CDMA lines (between 4 and 60) for large companies. Traditionally companies have had to use one Wireless Landline (also known as a Fixed Cellular Terminal) per GSM/CDMA line to achieve this. This means that rather than having multiple Wireless Landline boxes; cards are strung together in a rack-mounted unit. In this way, the Coral Zephyr GSM/CDMA 30+ gateway replaces the cumbersome fixed wireless terminals.

PBX Functionality
The unique advantage of Coral Zephyr is that it doubles up as a PBX in customer premises. It can be scaled up to a 256 ports capacity fully featured PBX with 'Least Cost Routing' functionality. The gateway can be thus programmed to function as a customer premises equipment with digital and analog end user terminals.
