In line with coral's philosophy of participative style of Management, regular HR exercises are held at Coral at all levels of management. These exercises are aimed at imbibing qualities such as decision making, leadership skills and team building. One such exercise was conducted at company's Solan plant where the top core team of the company underwent HR training for two days. Similar exercise was later carried at the banks of ganges at Rishikesh which even involved location heads of the company. |
